This week, well, it has been a bit of a roller coaster ride. Being off for the first part of the week and getting a lot of house bits and pieces taken care of. I felt accomplished, the ride up. Being stood up by a person who you gave nothing but second chances to, ride down. Going to IKEA and getting money back, a giant discount and delivery, ride up. Wanting to hang out with friends but everyone’s too busy, but it is your night off, ride down. Having someone from across the pond tell you what you wish someone here would tell you, ride up. The moral of this is, that when the train pulls up to the station, you still have to get up and walk away. That is life. It is not fair. It is not easy. We don’t get the things we want and get the things that tear us apart.
The only real review from the week was that I stopped by Eight Row Flint. Talk about good margaritas, parking not so good and the food is delicious. I however should have ordered the chips and queso. Well final week of this semester is quickly approaching. Two assignments to finish, a quiz, a test and a final. I would do this all over since in a couple weeks I have to start statistics, UGH! I hate math!! I did get to glimpse at the past today to make sure the future is bright, and I had Torchy’s, happy day!
XOXO
